  • Step 1

    Prepared the doctor, clinic & hospitals in 2-3 target cities.
    Data sources: IMA, Directories, Google Maps. Updated the CRM with the leads.

  • Step 2

    Inside sales executive will reach out to the targeted hospitals first to fix an appointment. Once the meeting is confirmed, the lead will be passed onto the field sales executive to meet the doctor in-person.

  • Step 3

    The field sales executive will meet the doctor and give a demo.

  • Step 4

    If the prospect is satisfied with the solution, the Inside sales team will play the role of pre-sales.

  • Step 5

    The field sales executive will touchbase with the prospect (meet in-person weekly/bi-weekly) to close the deal.
